Spur of the moment credit to Andrew Weil, MD for his inspring recipe. Try this god-awful link to see where I got my idea:

Simple idea is to pop open a can of Redi-Cut Tomatoes, combine with the squeezings of two backyard oranges, and simmer for a few minutes. Add some spices, such as any Italian spice mix especially containing oregano, then add in the broccoli florets. Toss and cover, simmer gently for 5-8 minutes, tossing occasionally. Spoon into flat pasta bowls, add Manchego cheese shavings, and then sprinkle toasted almond slices on top. Good to go!
